1.    Subscription and Payment

By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the subscription fees as per the plan selected. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as provided in these terms.

2.    Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
If you upload or publish any photos through our service, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and licenses for the content. You also agree that the photos you upload will not include any pornographic material, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

3.    Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.    Service Availability

While we strive to ensure that our services are available at all times, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions.

5.    Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

1. your use or inability to use the service;
2. any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
3. any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service;
4. any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party;
5. any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or
6. user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

6.    Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7.    Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8.    Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
